With a capacity of up to 70 people (depending on set-up) and an area of 900sq ft(25' x 35'), our events room is the perfect place for smaller groups to meet hold workshops, classes , retreats or fully catered parties. Having all the amenities and services in house makes it easy for you to host a successful event.

Our events room is perfect for your Social event or Family function.  With lots of space, movable bar, and great windows letting in the natural light, the room is suitable for small weddings, anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners and Christmas parties.  With seating up to 60 people, your rental includes:

    • Set up and clean up
    • Tables and chairs
    • Use of facility for ½,whole or multiple days

Country Encounters is a great place to host your retreat. Be it a corporate team building week end or recreational activity we can help make it a breeze. The location lends itself well to activities such as scrap booking, quilting and art endeavors. Lots of light: natural and artificial make it wonderful for classroom activities before heading out to take in the great outdoors on a photography retreat. Giving you time to enjoy your retreat; we will take care of the accommodations, meals, set up and clean up. All you do is bring the fun.

      With years of experience in hosting retreats for Scrap bookers and Quilters you can be sure we've thought of everything.

Meetings, meetings, meetings! The Events room is a great place for your meeting. Be it formal or informal we are happy to take care of the details. With several different options for set up and all the trimmings it's a snap. The events room can host up to: 70 people auditorium style, 40-50 classroom style and 20-30 board room style in nicely lite comfort with a view.

We are located in the historic downtown area of Coleman. Our room offers premium dining facilities for groups up to 75 people. & is tastefully decorated to match the historical nature of our building.
